Honoring Gloria Klingensmith

The Computer Club recognized the dedication and years of service of Gloria Klingensmith on February 16, 2011. She was presented a plaque to commemorate her 9 years as treasurer of our club. Gloria is a founding member. She and husband Don have sold and are returning to their home in Pennsylvania.

Friends came to give the surprised officer a hug and a good bye.

Thank you Gloria Klingensmith! Good-bye.

Gloria Klingensmith, treasurer of the Computer Club, is leaving the park and returning to her home in Pennsylvania with husband Don. Gloria has been treasurer from 2002 to 2011! She is the last of the original founders of the club.

Gloria’s thorough bookkeeping and cheerful smile have been part of the stability of the group.  She will be greatly missed.

It has been the preference of Gloria to not have a party for her. However, you may come to the Wednesday, Feb. 23 class, and give her a hug and a handshake. Class time is 1:00 PM in the Leisure Center.
