Holiday Travel Resort Computer Club begins season 2008-2009
Plans are underway for the coming computer season in our park. We are exploring different topics, expanding help sessions and listening to the needs of our folks. Everyone is welcome to attend any session. Organized classes will most likely begin in January and continue through March. Again, these classes will be on Wednesdays at 1:00 PM. There is a nominal charge of $2 to cover the cost of printing handouts and reward the many presenters who spend much time in preparation.
Notifying the membership
This blog is being created to keep the membership informed. The address list will be added to as I am informed of a new address. While I have several addresses to use I find that some folks change those addresses as frequently as they change clothes! So...if you see someone left off please let me know their address at: MarsCreate@aol.com Subject line: new htr computer addy or such. This will keep me from deleting an address that I do not recognize.
Update on Roger Legere
Many of you know that Roger Legere, Computer Club President, suffered two strokes this summer while undergoing treatment for cancer. He is a courageous fighter and has a very supportive family and group of friends. He has now moved to a nursing facility in Portland, ME where he will continue his rehab.
